Location: Kent, Maidstone

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000

An established water services company based in Kent are currently on the look out to add a Business Development and Client Service Support candidate to add to their team. The Kent based company provide a full range of water treatment products, equipment, servicing, installation, training and consultancy.

The right candidate for this role will be generating profitable sales from new and existing customer, maintaining customer contact to ensure contract renewals and upgrades, supporting new customer to integrate and ensure seamless field support provision and developing new sales opportunities within water treatment, environmental and associated services.

The role itself may also include undertaking risk assessments, hygiene control, sampling, chemical dose monitoring, cleaning and refurbishment work as part of a wider team.

Experience within the water treatment industry is essential for this role. Further specific training will be provided to enhance knowledge as part of job role. Personal organisation is an important part of the job. The role is sales based but includes a wider involvement in the provision of total customer service, which also provides insight into customer experience.
